Membership
New members are always welcome ... Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass. If you have sung in choirs before or are looking for a new singing challenge why not join us at one of our rehearsals on a Tuesday evening? You will be made most welcome!
Rehearsals are held throughout the year at St. Edward's Infant School Hall (GL52 6NR for those with satnav!) from 7.15pm until 9.45 pm. There is ample parking space. Click here for a map. Entry to the school and parking is via Ashley Road.
The Choir also has an active social life with parties (both formal and informal), pub sessions, meals and other organised events. Our next overseas venture will be a return visit to Göttingen in Germany, to our friends in the Göttinger Stadtkantorei, some time within the next two years or so.
For most of its concerts the choir operates a minimum attendance rule. Membership is subject to audition and choir members are subject to a reaudition every 5 years.
